The Calhoun High School baseball team had its season come to an end last Thursday with a 6-3 loss to Dalton on Senior Night at Chip Henderson Field.
The loss was the Yellow Jackets’ third in four days to Dalton and with the win, the Catamounts clinched fourth place and the final playoff seed in Region 7-5A as both teams finished with the same record (4-8) in the league, but Dalton owned the tiebreaker because of the three-game sweep.
