Red and Black square carpet now brightens the Sonoraville Middle School entryway. The new carpet is from Shaw Indus-tries. Former SMS student Jon McEntyre, now a Shaw em-ployee, oversaw the project. Allen Bowen, SMS principal, was looking to re-cover the area with new carpet and learned that Shaw needed a high traffic area to test their new carpet tiles. The new carpet was installed in late July and was ready for the first day of school.
