One local Girl Scout Troop recently gave back to the community by purchasing and donating school supplies to the school advocates at both Calhoun Elementary School and W.L. Swain Elementary School. The funds for this donation came as a part of the 10 percent donation back to the community from the troop’s cookie sales.
