The Reverend Eric Lee performed the ceremony. John Demerdjian performed “Ave Maria,” “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing,” and “From the Inside Out,” during the Unity Sand Ceremony.
Rickey Cole performed “I Love You,” a song he wrote.
Decorations included Oasis and brown bows, candles, ferns, and Calla Lillies.
Amanda Slaughter Jones, of Marietta, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Stephanie Harrell, of Myrtle Beach, Eunice Cho, of Dacula, Eun Cho, of Lilburn, Mindy Coggins, of Chattanooga, Shana Henry, of Calhoun, Sarah Jones, of Calhoun, and Emily Blizzard, of Vidalia. They wore oasis full-length gowns and carried three long stemmed white roses.
Brooklyn Young, of Dalton, was the flower girl.
The bride wore a strapless dress made with a taffeta side drape with metallic beaded lace bodice and trumpet skirt and sweep train. Her flowers were white roses and Calla Lilies. She was given in marriage by her father.
Josh Jackson, of Varnell, was the best man. The grooms other attendants were Nathan Cabaniss, of Lawrenceville, Kyle McManus, of Cohutta, Kevin Goss, of Dalton, Manning Kent, of Thomasville, Lance Faglie, of Rincon, Charles Walker, of Rincon, and Rob Adair, of Alpharetta. The ring bearer was Brock Young, of Dalton.
A reception was held at the Varnell United Methodist Church Life Center and was decorated in the wedding colors of oasis and brown, with sand, candles, and Calla Lilies.
After a wedding trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Yellowstone National Park, the couple plan to reside in Athens.
