The Basic Law Enforcement Academy of Georgia Northwestern Technical College is seeking applicants for an evening recruit class. This program will begin in January of 2011 and will finish in early November of 2011. The class is scheduled to meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 8:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. A recruit class will be held during the day as well. Applicants must successfully complete an admission packet which includes achieving minimal required scores on admission testing, an in depth background check, at least 18 years of age, and must pass a physical examination from a licensed physician.
