The future bride attended Calhoun High School and is a graduate of Dalton State College. She is currently employed at Mohawk Industries in Calhoun. She is the granddaughter of Cora Shropshire of Calhoun & the late Mr. James T. Shropshire and the late Mr. & Mrs. Walter Printup Sr. of Calhoun.
The future groom attended Gordon Central High School. He is currently employed by Shaheem Carpets in Resaca. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Will Curtis of Adairsville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Mays of Calhoun.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 24th at Friendship Baptist Church at 4 p.m. A reception will follow at the Governor’s House in Kingston. Formal invitations will be sent.
