Christian Shayne Parker and Ronald Henry Anderson, both of Calhoun, were married on Feb. 14, 2010 at Oakleigh.

The bride is the daughter of Terrell and Vicki Anderson and the groom is the son of Ronald and Bonnie Anderson. The Rev. Eddie Brannon performed the ceremony.

The bride and her attendants walked down the aisle to “From this Moment.” Soloist were Ami and Lindsay Duplanke of Cahoun and Sam Rutherford worked sound. Decorations included roses and candles.

The bride’s attendants Airagee Anderson Hamby, sister of the bride, of Calhoun, was the maid of honor. She wore a floor length black gown and carried hand-tied roses. Junior bridesmaids were Victoria Leigh Anne Paker, daughter of the bride, and Kamara Leigh Anderson, daughter of the groom, also of Calhoun. They wore black A-line gowns and carried hand-tied roses.

The bride wore a Jessica McClintock champagne satin floor length gown that was sleeveless with a squared neckline. The bride carried hand-tied red roses with pearl accents.

She was given in marriage by her sons Caden and Samuel Parker.

The groom’s best man was Ronnie Anderson, his father.

A reception was held in the doll room at Oakleigh. The groom’s cake was chocolate fudge with fresh strawberries and chocolate drizzled over them. The wedding cake was three-tiered and adorned with red roses.

After a wedding trip to the Ritz Carlton, the couple plan to reside in Calhoun.
