Gordon Central students raised over $900 during their annual “Bowling for Bucks” fundraiser which benefitted the GC Relay for Life team. Classes donated their spare change in an attempt to win a trip to Calhoun Bowling Center complete with lunch. The classes with the highest totals collected were those of Mrs. Sheila Yarbrough and Mrs. Vernetta Crosley. Their classes raised a total of $210. Mrs. Heather Weaver’s class won for the highest amount collected per student.
