There has been another bomb threat made at Sonoraville High School, the Gordon County Sheriff's Office has confirmed.
According to the sheriff's public information officer, Chief Deputy Robert Paris deputies were sent to the scene to investigate.
Gordon County E-911 officials the call came in to the dispatch center at 1 p.m.
According to Gordon County Superintendent Bill McCown, SHS principal Bruce Potts notified the Gordon County Sheriff's Office and followed
protocol of the lead officer.
"Our sheriff and his department have
proven that public safety is the priority," McCown said.
This is the third bomb threat made at SHS this month.
