Fourteen members for the Gordon Central High School chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) received national recognition through the Business Achievement Award program. This award program, sponsored by FBLA-PBL, recognized individual FBLA members for the quality participation and leadership within their local and state chapters.

The Business Achievement Award (BAA) program recognized members on four levels: future, business, leader, and America. Twelve members were recognized on the future level. They included Aya Altamimi, Angelica Aranda, Jared Hefner, Heaven Lingle, Nicole Muse, Marshall Palma, Twinkal Patel, Brandon Scoggins, Jeremy Stansell, Catlin Townsend, Ashley Williams and Billy Wooten.

The leader level winner was Diana Rodriguez.

One member who received recognition on the highest level: Puja Patel, a senior, was recognized for successfully completing the America level.

Members receiving recognition on the future and business levels will receive certificates and pins. Members earning leader and America recognition received certificates, pins, and plaques during the Georgia State Leadership Conference, held in Atlanta March 26.
