Adairsville Man charged with stalking victim at her home, attacking her

An Adairsville man was jailed after allegedly pushing a woman into her Abrams Road mobile home, taking her cell phone and smashing it, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Bobby Joe Cunningham, 28, of 111 South Cass Street had earlier been released on bail with the condition he would not have any contact with the victim.

He is charged with felony aggravated stalking and misdemeanor criminal trespass and simple battery under the family violence act.

Cunningham remained in jail this morning.
