Calhoun Primary School will soon be hosting its annual “Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten.”

The workshop is for parents/guardians of children entering Kindergarten during the 2010-2011 school year.

The meeting will take place in the CPS Cafeteria, 102 Raymond King Drive, on Tuesday, March 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

During this meeting parents will be given important information regarding Kindergarten Round-Up, Summer Registration, and screening dates for their children.

Also, an overview of the Kindergarten curriculum and layout of the school will be presented.

And, Kindergarten readiness will be discussed and parents will be provided with resources to help prepare their child for that exciting first day of school.
