Caitlyn Elizabeth Bohannon of Calhoun has been named to the Young Harris College Dean’s List for the Fall 2009 Semester.
Students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average or better are eligible to be named to the Dean’s List.
Caitlyn, a sophomore at Young Harris College, is a graduate of Calhoun High School. She is the daughter of Vic and Connie Bohannon of Calhoun.
She was also named to the Young Harris College Dean’s List for the Spring 2009 Semester.
Founded in 1886, Young Harris College is a private, baccalaureate degree-granting college affiliated with the United Methodist Church and located in the mountains of north Georgia.
The college currently has approximately 700 students across four divisions — Fine Arts, Humanities, Mathematics and Science, and Social and Behavioral Science — and plans to increase enrollment to 1,200 over the next few years.

Dr. Davis, flute, and Dr. Carlisle, piano, will be showcasing works that span more than two centu-ries of chamber music for the flute and the piano. These include Bach’s Sonata No. 1 in B minor, Schubert’s Introduction and Variations on a Theme: “Ihr Blümlein Alle,” Op. 160, Charles T. Griffes’ Poem and Martinu’s First Sonata for Flute and Piano.
