Chaplain Chet Damron, who was voted the best Abraham Lincoln of 2006 by the National Association of Lincoln Presenters, spoke to a group of students at Coble Elementary School Friday. While dressed as Abraham Lincoln, Damron mostly focused on the importance of being oneself and not wanting to be anyone else. He also incorporated the virtue of honesty, since Lincoln is still regularly referred to as Honest Abe. Damron had spoken to a group of Bellwood Elementary students earlier in the day.

This guy looks like Honest Abe. Glad the students are getting to learn about history from someone who can take them back to the civil war days.
