Some snow flurries have been spotted around Gordon County this morning from the I75 exit entering Gordon County to Resaca. More flurries are expected, according to the National Weather Service.

Today's forecast calls for a slight chance of flurries before 1 p.m. Expect mostly cloudy skies, with a high near 41. It will be very windy, with a northwest wind between 20 and 25 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph.

A wind advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. Thursday, and a hazardous weather outlook has been issued because of the wind.
