Last week we thought about the cross. The upright beam is the support for it all. It had to be solid and strong. The beam pointed everyone to God. Your relationship to God is the most important relationship.

The cross beam pointed to those around you. It is your relationship to those you have contact with. This is school, home, church, work, and everywhere.

Jesus on the cross, had His arms open wide for everyone. Are your arms open wide? The

Bible says that the Christian is In Christ. That means that if His arms are wide open, then yours should be that way also.

It is not easy. Sometimes you have been hurt, or you have hurt someone else. It is easy to open your arms to good friends or others that you like. It is much harder to open them to some other people.

Jesus can forgive everyone. I do not know how He does it. You cannot do this by yourself.

Sometimes you do not want to forgive.

The difference for the Christian, is that it is Jesus in you. He does it through you, if you allow Him to do it. How wide are your arms? When you allow Him to open your arms, you can have true joy and peace. Talk to Jesus about it today.
