CMS girls basketball team defeats Woodland

The CMS girls’ basketball team improved to 9-0 with a 40-13 win over Woodland Thursday night. Molly Palmer scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Wimberly Roe followed with 10 points and Olivia Wilkey added four.

Calhoun will travel to South Central on Friday and Ashworth Saturday.

JV

The JV team also improved to 9-0 with a 42-10 victory. Blair Robinson led the team with 10 points. Peyton Clark followed with nine. Blair Spector added eight and Tamia Wade netted six. Sydnie Parker added three points, three steals, three blocked shots and two assists.
