The SMS girls played a good Adairsville squad and lost 28-15. Bre Horner tossed in seven points. Others who scored were Carrie Cheeks, Katie Wells, Aundrea Parker and Kalee Meadows with two each. The duo of Aundrea Parker and Katie Wells led the charge on the defensive end. Kalee Meadows also played a much improved game. The girls’ record is 2-5.

JV

JV girls lost 42-29. Taryn Hickey had a game high 14 points and Kendall Bowman was right on her heels with 11. Others who contributed on offense were Emalie Hicks with tw0 and Abby Connally and Haley Ponder with one each. The JV girls’ record is now 3-4.
