CALHOUN, Ga. -- If Hal Lamb's 10 years at Calhoun High School have taught him anything, it's the value of kids like Brett Walraven.

While the 13-0 and top-ranked Yellow Jackets are better known for star players like University of Georgia-bound 5-star receiver Da'Rick Rogers and soon-to-be Vanderbilt University quarterback Nash Nance, Lamb knows his team would not be hosting a Class AA semifinal game Friday against Lovett if not for the under-the-radar types like cornerback Walraven.

Walraven leads the team with seven interceptions, including a pair in last week's 49-35 shootout win over Jefferson County.
