Sixteen members, one adviser and one chaperone traveled to Perry, Georgia on October 15, 2009 to attend a motivational rally and leadership conference with over 8,000 additional FBLA members from across the State of Georgia. Students competed in a report and mat competition product where Gordon County was spotlighted. The chapter entered their club t-shirt into the design competition. Individual members and teams also competed in business related subjects. Results will be an-nounced in December in Athens, Georgia at the Fall Leadership Conference of the chapters who excelled in these competitions. At the conclusion of the rally, FBLA members were allowed to par-ticipate in the fair activities.
