Angela Michelle Spurgeon and Seth Preston King of Adairsville, together, with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement to be married. The bride-elect is the daughter of Debbie and Daniel Semon, of Adairsville, and the late Timothy Spurgeon, Sr., of Adairsville. She is the sister of Sunney Mulkey, Heather Spurgeon and Timothy Spurgeon, Jr., all of Adairsville. Her grandparents are Lottie Tidwell and the late Willis Tidwell of Adairsville and the late Charles and Mae Spurgeon of Atoka, Tenn. She is a 2007 graduate of Adairsville High School.
The future groom is the son of Jill and Chris Brown of Calhoun and Jimmy and Dana King of Adairsville. He has one brother, Ryan Brown of Calhoun and a step-brother, Jake Massingill of Adairsville. His grandparents are Jean and Wayne Deacon of Chattanooga, Tenn. and the late Bill Ellis of Adairsville and Bessie King and the late James King of Adairsville. He is a 2006 graduate of Adairsville High School. All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding on Oct. 10, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Snow Springs Baptist Church.
