Gordon Central High School Warriors Tyler Fleming and Niagel Curtis read to elementary school students last week in a community outreach effort. Here Fleming and Curtis stand with twins Cade and Haley Fisher. They are the children of GCHS Coach Chad Fisher.

Actually, there are four high schools in Gordon County.

I dont think they realize they're in Gordon County most of the time, or Georgia or the US. theres almost no real news coverage

It's also a shame that the community has to call or email the "times" to get coverage of a local high school softball game. I wonder if the "times" realizes there are THREE high schools in Gordon County

It is really sad that you have to go to an out of town newspapers online site to find out your l;ocal teams scores and records. The Times has once again failed the local community, but supported Floyd county
