Sarah Beth Blaylock, of Ranger, and Hunter Michael James Quarles, of Calhoun, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Roy and Katherine Blaylock of Ranger. She is a 2008 graduate of Sonoraville High School, a 2009 Coosa graduate, and is currently enrolled at Reinhardt College. She is employed by the Gordon County Board of Education.

She is the granddaughter of the late Ad and Ciscero Blaylock of Ranger and the late Woodrow and Imogene Marlow of Ellijay. She is the sister of Jeremy Springfield and Scott Blaylock, both of Calhoun, Benny Blaylock of Murray County, and Joe Springfield of Bartow County.

The future groom is the son of Michael and Donna Quarles of Calhoun. He is a 2009 graduate of Sonoraville High School and is enrolled at Georgia Northwestern. He is a member of the Explorers with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office.

He is the grandson of the late James Fain and Ora Mae of Calhoun, and Joe and Dorothy Quarles of Resaca. He is the brother of Melissa Earl and Erica Miller, both of Calhoun.

The wedding will be Sunday, Oct. 11 at 3 p.m. at Rosabelle Manor in Adairsville. Formal invita-tions will be sent.
