What's the deal with U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal?

Deal, a Republican candidate for governor, has been hit with an ethics complaint by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washing-ton, a nonprofit "watchdog" organization.

The complaint, filed with the Office of Congressional Ethics, accuses Deal of "violating House rules and federal law by intervening with Georgia political leaders to preserve a program that financially benefits him," according to a statement from CREW.
