Amy N. Freeman and Thomas N. Hallman Jr. announce their forthcoming marriage on August 1, 2009.



The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Tammy Freeman. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. and Mary Freeman, Mrs. Shirley Ray Jacobs, and the late Rev. Billy Joe Ray. She is the sister of Nathan Freeman. Amy has earned her Masters of Science from Georgia State University and Bachelors in Athletic Training from Georgia College & State University. She is currently employed at Hamilton Medical Center as Dalton High Schools Athletic Trainer.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom and Gloria Hallman. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Nick and Kathy Hallman, Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Jenny Farrar; Ms. Carol Hallman and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Langer. He is the brother of Katherine Hallman and Jonathan Hallman. Thomas is finishing his Bachelors in Mathematics from Dalton State College pursuing a career in Secondary Mathematics Education.

The wedding will take place at Sonoraville Baptist Church. Formal invitations have been sent. The newly-wed Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hallman will reside in Ranger.
