The Calhoun Times and Gordon County News will officially open the doors of its new location at 301 Park Avenue in Downtown Calhoun Friday, March 22.

The highly anticipated move will see the advertising and editorial staff relocated for the first time since 1987, closer to its original location.

Before the move to the 215 W. Line address, the Times was maintained on Park St. for 50 years. Prior to the two previous locations, the Times offices were on Wall Street and before that, the second floor of the old Starr-Mathews building on Court St.

The doors of the 215 W. Line St. address will be closed by Friday at noon, and both the editorial and advertising staff will welcome customers and the public to its new 301 Park Ave. address. For questions, contact 706-629-2231.
