Sonoraville's Matt Edgar (seated, second from right) signed a scholarship on Tuesday to play football at the Lindsey Wilson (Columbia, Kent.).

Edgar said of signing the scholarship: "It's awesome. It's been a dream of mine to kick in college. There's a big focus on education there, and I'm excited to continue my kicking career there. I want to thank my parents because I couldn't have done this without them."

Also attending the signing were: Sister Madison Edgar (front row, from left), Father Matt Edgar, Mother Elizabeth Cochran, Sonoraville Principal Bruce Potts (back row, from left), Football Head Coach Roger Gentry and Athletic Director Brent Mashburn.
