Prep Basketball: Sonoraville-LFO game rescheduled for Monday; Donations to be taken for tornado relief

The Sonoraville-LFO basketball games that were postponed on Friday due to storm damage in the area have been rescheduled for Monday.

The JV girls game will start at 4:30 p.m. with the varsity girls game to start at 6 p.m. The varsity boys game will follow.

Regular admission will not be charged. Instead, fans will be encouraged to donate money that will go to help relief efforts in the Sonoraville and Gordon County areas that were affected by last Wednesday's tornado.

Also, the Gordon Central at Cartersville basketball games that were postponed on Friday have been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 11. Varsity girls action will start at 6 p.m. with varsity boys to follow.
