Born in Gordon County, Mr. Crump moved to Smyrna 57 years ago from Calhoun. He retired from Lockheed where he worked as a research mechanic for 37 years. Mr. Crump was a member of Smyrna First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Glennice Moore Crump; children, Randy (Kay) Crump of Marietta and Sharon Crump (Ron) Maccini of Sacramento, Cali.; siblings, Vera Barton of Calhoun and Donal (Lora) Crump of Calhoun and grandchildren, Shara-Sue Crump, Mark Crump, Michael Maccini and Melissa Maccini.
