One of the events held during the holidays was the Christmas Extravaganza at North Georgia National Bank.

After hosting choirs from schools throughout the county, there was a drawing for an eight foot tall stocking that was filled with toys and games.

This year’s winner was Gabe Proctor from Sonoraville Elementary School.

His classmates were in attendance as one of the performing choirs at the event.

Over 250 children, representing six schools attended the event. They performed traditional carols, spirituals, and songs from around the world.

The participating elementary schools were Fairmount, Sonoraville, Tolbert, Red Bud, W. L. Swain, and Belwood.

North Georgia National Bank congratulates Gabe Proctor and thanks the talented children, staff and volunteers from the participating schools.
