Bobbie was born on May 24, 1930 in Gordon County. She was the daughter of the late Geraldus “SoSo” Fossett and Dixie Stewart Fossett. Bobbie enjoyed spending most of her time in her yard and loved to garden. She was a member of the Calhoun First Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64years, Jack Wade.
Survivors include: her son, Timothy M. Wade and his wife JoDean of Monteagle, Tenn.; daughter, Jackie Wade Angel and her husband Steve of Atlanta, Ga.; two grandchildren: Beth Angel and Alexander J. Wade also survive.
Funeral Services were conducted at 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 6 from the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Hoffman officiating. Burial followed in Fain Cemetery.
The family received friends an hour prior to the funeral on Sunday at the funeral home.
