Tallatoona is now accepting orders for the January One Harvest Menu. The deadline to order in the office is Friday, Jan. 11 at 3 p.m.; pickup will be Saturday, Jan. 19 from 7- 9 a.m. at Tallatoona, located at 121 Newtown Road in Calhoun.

For more information on the boxes or their prices, call 706-629-2333. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted in the office. Online ordering is available until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13. Orders can be placed at www.oneharvest.com

No. 1 Family box, $35:

2-pounds chicken thighs; 3-pounds average chicken breast; 1.3 pounds of smoked kielbasa sausage; 1-pound premium ground beef; 24-ounce Butterball (Carolina) ground turkey (two 12-ounce packages); 1-pound Lee breakfast sausages; 1-pound ready to cook chicken breast filets; 20-ounce ready to cook chicken breast patties; 1-pound fresh frozen shoepeg corn; 1-pound fresh frozen green peas and carrots; 1-pound fresh frozen cut okra; 1-pound fresh frozen field peas with snaps; 7.2 ounce butter and herb mashed potatoes; 6.9 ounce chicken and rice mix; 14.5 ounce macaroni and cheese (two 7.25 ounce packages); 6.4 ounce lasagna skillet dinner; 7-ounce blueberry muffin mix; 1 dessert item.

These meals are easy to prepare in a conventional oven, microwave or toaster oven. They are single portion, diabetic and cholesterol free.

 Turkey medallions, cannellini beans and peas over pasta, served with squash, spinach and chickpeas.

The following fresh frozen items are included in 1-pound increments: strawberries, sliced carrots, broccoli florets, mixed vegetables, sliced yellow squash, speckled butter beans, field peas with snaps, green peas, corn on the cob, green peas and carrots, vegetable gumbo, breaded okra, white shoepeg corn, stir-fry mixed vegetable and green beans (also available is a 12 count of frozen southern biscuits).

No. 5 chicken special, $20: 10-pounds of ready to cook breaded chicken breast pieces (two 5-pound bags).

No. 6 Premium grilling special, $41.50:

Four 10-ounce USDA select T-bone steaks (2.5 pounds); four 8-ounce choice cut USDA sirloin steaks (2-pounds); 3.75 pound choice cut bone in pork chops.

No. 7, Super saver grilling special, $36.50:

2-pounds choice cut sirloin speak (4 8-ounce cuts)

3-pounds boneless choice cut pork chops; 3-pounds Italian marinated chicken breast.
