Michael Ferguson, riding Spark Plug, took first place in the Pink Out contest for the Adult Divison. Michael was the only male to participate in the PInk Out Event.
The Broken Heart Ranch Obstacle Course Challenge event was a huge success, with a grand total of 21 entries for all three divisions with 15 riders in the Amateur class alone.

Obstacle Course Challenge event division winners in the Youth Division: First place Latasha McHan - riding Babe, and second place, Hannah Hunt.

Winners in the Amateur Division: First place, Liz Young, riding Apache, second place Jerzy Holcomb and third place Joel Young.

Winners in the Open Division: First place was Joel Young, riding Zip; second place was Tommy McHan, and third place was Tyler Lemer.

Another win at the event was the definite overload of PINK from the Gordon County Saddle Club (GCSC) PINK OUT booth, consisting of raffle prizes, baked goods, and also a Pink Out Horse and Rider contest.

Pink Out Horse & Rider contest winners in the Youth Division: First place, Jerzy Holcomb, riding Diamond; second place Layla Smith; and third place, Natasha McHan.

Winners in the Adult Division: First place, Michael Ferguson, riding Spark Plug, was also the only male to compete in the PINK OUT Horse and Rider contest; second place, Marty McHan, and third place Niki Pratt.

The fun continued on Sunday, with a Fun Run Challenge. Participants had the opportunity to work the obstacles at a slower pace allowing the riders horse more time to focus and work through their fear with facing a multitude of unfamiliar objects.
