She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Logan, of Greenville, and Christa Smith, of Woodruff, one son, Billy Barton Jr., of Belton, the father of her children, Bill Barton Sr., of Resaca, three brothers, Waymon, Delford, and Hiram Jamison, two sisters, Virginia Jamison, and JudyAnn White, six grandchildren, Kimberly Craig, Amy Hughes, Jared Barton, Jason Logan, Russell and Reese Smith, and three great-grandchildren, Walker, EvaLeigh, and Adyana Craig.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Heath Curtis Barton, and her daughter-in-law, Kathy Jones Barton.
A memorial gathering will be held at Dug Gap Baptist Church Fellowship Hall 2031 Dug Gap Road Dalton, GA 30720 on Saturday Nov. 10, 2012 at 3 p.m.
Palmetto Mortuary and Cremation Services in Greenville, S.C. had charge of the arrangements.
