The Calhoun Yellow Jackets moved to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in Region 7-AA with a 69-0 win over Murray County on Homecoming Night, but the night wasn't as good for Gordon Central and Sonoraville.

The Warriors fell 41-19 to Cartersville for their first loss of the year, and Sonoraville's tough season continued with a 49-39 loss at Adairsville.

Gordon Central (6-1, 3-1) and Sonoraville (1-6, 0-4) face off next week in a Gordon County rivalry showdown at Ratner Stadium, while Calhoun visits Armuchee.
