The winning teachers are (L-R): Natasha Beemon, Susan Burgess, Samantha Watson, Sara Clark, Trish Williams, Hannah Nelson, Jackie Palazzolo, Lisa Smith, Kathy Haley, Ashlie Price, Brandi Hayes, Kelli De Guire, Mike Farley, and PTSA president Scott Brisendine.
The program provides extra funds to help carry out special department and classroom projects. These projects provide students with a unique learning experience when normal funds are not otherwise available.
The SHS PTSA Chapter was able to award 13 teachers a $50 Mini-Grant on Wednesday, September 26.
Award selections are made based on applications filled out by faculty and staff, that were then reviewed, voted on, and approved by the PTSA membership.
