The new facility is part of the Recreation Facility located at 10 McDaniel Station Road. Operations of the facility began on Saturday, Sept. 8 for opening day of the Calhoun Recreation Department’s Youth Football program. The facility is a 3,104 square-foot facility comprised of a covered pavilion, concessions, bathrooms, storage and office space.
The facility will be used year round for Calhoun Recreation Department programming. Thanks to the SPLOST this facility has become a reality for the City of Calhoun.
