A strong line of thunderstorms in Alabama is moving East with the potential of producing up to 70 mph wind gusts and the possibility of 2 in. hail, frequent cloud to ground lightening is also associated with this storm.

A hazardous weather alert has been issued by the National Weather Service until 9 p.m.
