Brandy had been employed with North GA Foot and Ankle Specialists. She was a member of Riverview Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff May of Calhoun; a daughter, Hannah Labree Dodd; a sister and brother-in-law, Amanda and Eric Faulkinberry; father, Ronald Glass; mother, Denise Glass and her companion Ronnie York; grandmother, Martha Ann Parker; aunts and uncles, W.M. (Bear) and Kim Glass, Steve and Vivian Glass, Juanita and Ronald Parker, Hazel and Willard Ferguson, Bruce and Deborah Garren, Kyle and Joe Silvers, and Keith and Yvonne Parker, all of Calhoun. Cousins surviving are Jeremy Parker, Christy Glass, Brittany Glass, Kevin Parker, Junior Harkins, Deana Bates, Crystal Blackstock, Stacey Blackstock, Doug Parker, Shane Ferguson, Tyler Ferguson, Brian Jordon, Rodney Glass, Jessica Garren, Brittany Parker, and Jonathon Garren. Her godfather, Steve Clements and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Brandy Machelle May will be held Wednesday, July 25 at 2 p.m. from the Riverview Baptist Church, with Rev. Jamey Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will include Todd Davis, Ronald Glass, Andy Anderson, Ken Price, Shawn Chastain, and Shane Moss. Honorary pallbearers are Howard Davis, Burt Smith, Don Hopkins, Dylan Blackstock, Ken Monroe, and Kenneth Owens.
The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home Tuesday from 5-9 p.m.
