Aric and Michael Bunch, Angela Childers, Scott Cooper, Parker Davis, Josh Lance, Arielle Lawrence, Heather Mayfield, Greg Moyer, Jo Ann Thompson and Heather Utz will star in the Calhoun’s Got Talent finale on August 4, at 7 p.m. at the GEM Theatre.
The top 10 will perform during the first half of the show, bringing their signature takes on current and classic country, rock and roll, R & B, Broadway tunes and contemporary favorites.
Audience votes will be tabulated during the second half of the show, at which time, the audience will be treated to a roster of stellar guest performances.
The guest performers are: Georgia Country & Gospel Music Association Award winner, Georgia House; the instrumental trio of Steve Dyrda, Joshua Lawrence & Andy Noll on five-string banjo, acoustic guitar and fiddle; Josh Lawrence as soloist; classically trained Andrew McLeod and Terese Randall singing All I Ask of You; Breanna Falls with an original dance routine; local favorite Audi Burchette with a Janis Joplin medley; vocalist Dan DeFoor; returning contestants from round two, Darlene Arnold and Iaonna LeDay, and returning contestant from last year, Josh Robinson.
The show will culminate with the $1000 first prize, $500 second prize and $250 third prize awarded to the winners.
