Calhoun City Schools Teacher of the Year Angie Gravitt speaking to the Gordon County Optimist Club on recycling and going green. Gravitt focused on the recycling project that she has helped establish at Calhoun Primary School and the Earth Day initiative that she helps coordinate each year. Through this program students have learned to be conscious of ways to preserve the environment and also prevent wasteful usage of materials and resources.
