CES perfect attendance students receive new bikes

Calhoun Elementary School celebrated a year of great attendance with a special drawing for children who had been present each day. Through a generous donation from Wal Mart, three bicycles were donated to CES and the names of students from each grade level with perfect attendance were entered into a drawing. The winning students are shown with their new bikes, which were awarded on the last day of school. Left to Right are 4th Grade winner Angela Pegurros, 5th Grade winner Daniel Aguirre, and 3rd Grade winner Danielle Stacy. Calhoun Elementary School appreciates Wal Mart helping sponsor this program each year and special thanks also goes to the students and parents for making such a wonderful effort to be at school each day.
