May medically certified mints one day greet you in the ER.

Don’t fret about those in the ER:

For what is your life? For it is a vapor, which appears for a little time, and then disappears

Furthermore:

For his days are fixed, the number of his months is with You, and You have set his bounds so that he cannot pass

I still like mints!

Some colleges may hand out A's easily, but I know I worked my butt off for 4 A's this semester. They were not handed out like candy and your comment downplays the accomplishment these students have made.

Colleges handing out A's like dinner mints.

National studies suggest that college students now get more A’s than any other grade even though they spend less time studying.

We keep trying to make everyone feel good about their performance instead of being honest about their results.

Real world reality - snowflakes discover they're not special.

This link presents research that supports your claim. I'd like to point out that my alma mater, Southern Polytechnic State University, made the list for the 16 hardest schools to get an A.
