U.S. Congressman, Tom Graves will speak this Tuesday June 12th, at 7:00 p.m. at the
Calhoun Depot. The Ranger, GA Congressman will be the featured speaker at the June
meeting of the Gordon County Republican Party. Members of all political parties are

Bike! Walk! Northwest Georgia is hosting a summer workshop on Tuesday, June 12 at the Calhoun Depot entitled, Cycling and Walking: Roads to a Better Quality of Life. This work-shop will focus on the positive economic impact of cycling and walking and how they can affect quality of life in communities. Speakers will bring a national, regional and local per-spective and discuss how funding and resources can be received. All residents of Northwest Georgia are invited if you have a vested interest in cycling and pedestrian issues. The work-shop is from 9:30-3:30pm and for more information contact julie@cycletherapy.us
