Byron Jackson Mullins, age 28, from Pineville, West Virginia, was arrested this afternoon near Marine Drive in Calhoun.
A passenger in the vehicle with Mullins was not arrested, according to the Sheriff's office.
"a deputy from the Community Crime Prevention Unit was patrolling along Marine Drive near Calhoun when he observed a suspicious automobile in the area," said the Sheriff's office.
Mullins is wanted in Pennsylvania for burglary and was taken into custody without incident, according to reports, and will be held in the county jail where law enforcement will await extradition proceedings.
