Before becoming disabled, Mr. Logan was employed with Northwest Georgia Paving. He attended the Calhoun Community Church.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Martha Jane Chastain Logan of the residence; a son, Marcus Logan of Calhoun; four brothers, Clifford Logan of Talking Rock, C.W. Logan of Talking Rock, Ronnie Logan of Calhoun, and Wayne Logan of Jasper, GA; two sisters, Minnie Easley of Ellijay, and Gail Pettigrew of Jasper; and two grandchildren, Stone Logan and Alea Logan, both of Calhoun. Nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Wendell Loyd Logan were held Monday, April 30th at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Alfred Freeman officiating. Music will be arranged by Kevin and Linda Baggett. Interment followed in the Pleasant Grove (Ryo) Baptist Church Cemetery.
