The vehicle was reportedly stolen from a Dews Pond Rd. address near plantation place in Gordon County around 8 a.m. this morning.
Moss was apprehended without causing a crash and the vehicle as well as some personal effects belonging to the owner of the vehicle were returned, according to Paris.
Reportedly it is unclear which agency made the arrest as Gordon County, Fairmount and Bartow County law enforcement were all involved with the pursuit.
"We recovered all stolen property and the car was returned to the owner. We are glad the case was brought to a successful conclusion," said Gordon County Sheriff Mitch Ralston.

Fairmount police initiated a high speed chase after a look out for a stolen vehicle was reported, according to Fairmount Police.
The suspect is currently evading police, and Fairmount Police have continued to pursue the chase into Bartow County.

James Doyle Moss, 32, of 2354 Miller Ferry Rd., of Fairmount lead police on a high speed pursuit Wednesday, May 9, in a stolen vehicle, according to the Fairmount Police Department.
Moss was arrested and charged with fleeing and attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. The chase began in Fairmount at 1:34 p.m. and ended on Folsom Rd. in Bartow County at 2:14 p.m.
The suspect reportedly admitted to using methamphetamine and was taken from the scene to Gordon Hospital where Moss was given a blood test; results are pending.
Moss was transported to the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office after the blood test was administered, and is currently still in custody.
The FPD who initiated the chase of the stolen vehicle made the arrest. During the chase, members from the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office, Bartow County law enforcement, and the Georgia State Patrol assisted in the chase.
Fairmount Police identified the stolen vehicle after a look out was issued for the vehicle with a sunroof, spoiler on the back, damaged right side headlight, and matching tags.
The officer who initiated pursuit attempted to stop the suspect who continued at speeds over 100mph to evade police into Bartow County, according to reports.

The chase ended without a crash and the vehicle and all belongings inside the vehicle were returned to the owner unscathed.
