Calhoun High School is ranked 37th within Georgia

Calhoun High School has been ranked 37th out of over 400 schools in the state of Georgia by the US News and World Report.

Calhoun High School also received a silver award nationally for being ranked 1,831 out of over 22,000 schools nationally by the US News & World Report.

The list only ranked the top 38 schools in Georgia, but provided profiles for all other schools in the state and the nation.

Suppose you're "pretty" proud of this dab of pablum, too.

CHS graduates.ready-for-college: About one student in one-hundred.

GCHS laughing? You graduate about one-half of one student per one-hundred ready for college.

One myth is cleared up. There is no 30 students to one teacher ratio as administrators want us to believe. Ratios: CHS is 15 to 1 (near avg). GCHS is 13 to 1 (below avg).
