Calhoun Elementary teachers who were featured in the pep rally performances: Bethany Stiefel, Scott Dorsey, Erika Laverick, Jana Greeson, Natalie Coombe, and Allison Davis.
Students were treated to performances by members of the Calhoun High School drum line and cheerleaders.
Stinger even made a surprise appearance and gave his advice for success on the test. The highlight of the afternoon, however, was entertainment provided by a few outgoing teachers, much to the delight of the students.
The teachers sang their own “testing renditions”, including “Don’t Worry, Test Happy” and “I’ve Got This and I Know It”. The theme of the pep rally was encouraging students to do their very best on the CRCT.
