GHSA releases 2012 football schedule

The Georgia High School Association has released the football schedules for Fall of 2012.

Gordon Central and Sonoraville will play each other Oct. 26.

However, neither of the county schools will play Calhoun in 2012 due to a change in classifications.

While Calhoun remains 7-AA, Sonoraville and Gordon Central were upgraded to 5-AAA.

Calhoun's first game will be at home Aug. 31, against Ridgeland.

Gordon Central's first game will be at home Aug. 31 against Coosa.

Sonoraville's first game will be at home Aug. 31 against Pickens County.
